Join a Fast-Moving Production Team at Sofina Foods. As a Production Operative, you will:
- Prepare, assemble, and pack food products in line with specifications
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organised at all times ("Clean As You Go")
- Operate machinery according to training and procedures
- Rotate between various production tasks to ensure flexibility
- Label products and equipment accurately to maintain full traceability
- Complete paperwork clearly and on time
- Carry out regular monitoring checks and escalate any issues
- Assist with product changeovers and equipment set-up
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Follow all company and system procedures (including Hellenic Systems)
