Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK's leading pork processors. The role is based in Scunthorpe at Billet Lane, DN15.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Warehouse Operative duties
- Driving FLT or Counterbalance trucks in a busy warehouse environment
- Manual handling
- Scanning products and completing paperwork with high attention to detail
- Perform daily duties as part of the Warehouse Team while working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and quality standards specified by customers
- Complete all relevant paperwork such as temperature records accurately and within time specifications, and store or deliver to the correct personnel
- Maintain general hygiene duties (clean as you go)
- De‑rack, rack, load and operate MHEs
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices – safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures
- Ensure 100% accuracy of picking orders and maintain good time‑keeping
- Work effectively in a cold environment with all relevant PPE provided
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude
- Be reliable, punctual and self‑motivated
- Commit as a team‑player with a keen eye for quality
QUALIFICATIONS
- In‑date FLT or Counterbalance truck licence
- Excellent attendance and a positive attitude toward work

PAY & HOURS
- Full‑time shifts: 4 on / 4 off (12‑hour days or nights) – £13.70 per hour
- Full‑time shifts: Monday to Thursday (12‑hour shifts) – £13.70 per hour
- Overtime available – pay rate from £17.13 per hour
