Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a range of cuts to customer and company specification.
  • Provide hands‑on advice and training to colleagues on butchery activities.
  • Greet and serve customers, sharing your product knowledge and helping them get the most from their purchase.
  • Prepare and maintain the counter and pre‑pack areas to the highest hygiene standards.
  • Carry out stock rotation, price reductions and product sampling.
  • Receive deliveries and complete the required paperwork.
  • Distribute special offer materials and support general store operations.
  • Support the management team in the day‑to‑day running of the store.
