The Role
Our new Junior Operations Accountant (interim) will sit right at the centre of our Cookstown site, where they will be supporting all aspects of site finance, from yield reporting to insight and continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on finance role that touches every part of the business. You'll work closely with Operations, build real commercial understanding, and shape a career path based on what you enjoy and where you want to grow. If you're early in your finance career and want a role that's fast-paced, people-focused and packed with variety, this is the perfect place to learn, experiment and make a real impact. Please note this role is based on site 5 days a week and will last for 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly yield and labour reports, calling out trends, risks and opportunities.
- Analyse labour variances, efficiencies and overtime, providing insight and challenge to Operational Managers.
- Maintain weekly operational finance trackers and support follow-up actions that drive performance.
- Support wider Finance tasks to ensure accurate and timely site reporting.
- Contribute to the Monthly Operations CI Pack and monthly Finance Check-In Pack.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying smarter, quicker and more reliable ways of working.
