Are you a Finance Business Partner or Business Performance Manager ready to step into a senior commercial finance role where your insights shape the direction of a major FMCG business? At Sofina Foods, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to work closely with senior stakeholders across our added value pork division, driving profitability and helping shape strategic decisions across multiple channels. Please note that this role requires a full-time office base in Grimsby.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’re a commercially sharp, solution-focused finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- CIMA qualified (preferred) with strong experience in commercial finance, ideally in FMCG.
- Proven track record in a senior finance role such as Finance Business Partner or Business Controller.
- Advanced Excel skills and a confident user of financial models and business planning tools.
- Excellent communicator, able to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a sharp eye for margin, cost, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
