Duration: 6 month interim role
We are currently recruiting for a Planning Support Administrator to join our client's team in Cookstown. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail focused individual to gain experience within a busy FMCG environment.
The Role
Formulating and implementing company plans for allocated production departments.
Receiving and collating information from planning spreadsheets and sales departments.
Creating daily production plans to reflect orders and requirements.
Ensuring the correct product specification is available for the following day's production.
Downloading stock reports.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required by the Planning Manager.
About You
Experience of carrying out planning duties within an FMCG environment would be desirable but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
A high degree of IT literacy, including experience using Excel spreadsheets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to report accurately.
Good organisational and planning skills.
A proven ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
This is a 6 month interim opportunity with an excellent chance to develop your planning and administration experience within an FMCG environment.
