Lead a Critical High-Risk Food Production Operation and Drive Operational Excellence Role Overview Our new High Risk Service Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of a critical high-risk food production area, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for delivering operational performance, maintaining compliance, and developing a culture of continuous improvement across the service and further processing functions. Working closely with operational, technical, planning, and engineering teams, you will ensure customer requirements are met while driving efficiency, maximising equipment utilisation, and supporting the long-term success of the site. Key Duties The High Risk Service Manager will be responsible for leading operational performance within the high-risk service area, including: Managing the High Risk Service and Further Processing operation to deliver production, quality, safety, and service objectives. Ensuring full product traceability and stock rotation processes are maintained across production areas. Leading and developing teams to achieve operational targets while maintaining high levels of engagement and accountability. Planning and implementing operational strategies that maximise efficiency while maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and legislative requirements. Working collaboratively with Planning, Technical, Engineering, and Operations teams to achieve site objectives and customer expectations. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. Maximising equipment utilisation and ensuring resources are effectively managed to minimise downtime.
