Sofina Foods is seeking a Head of Operations to lead one of the UK’s largest multi-protein production sites in Haverhill.
You’ll shape the site’s operational strategy, embed best practice and build capability to deliver safety, quality and performance excellence.
This role is hands-on and onsite five days a week with regular travel to Malton for SLT meetings.
