The Role
Sofina Foods Ireland is seeking a well-organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our Commercial team at the Cookstown site. This is a hands-on role working across a range of customers and brands—including Cookstown, Carroll’s, and Ribworld—as well as own-label contracts.
You’ll play a vital part in keeping our commercial operations running smoothly: managing key data, supporting promotional activity, helping prepare product launch documents, and assisting with internal and customer communications. It’s a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with both internal stakeholders and leading retailers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer pricing files
- Submit promotional activity and manage customer promotional timelines
- Support forecasting processes by updating demand forecasts
- Assist with new product launch documentation and coordination
- Generate sales reports and support the Commercial team with insight and data
- Provide administrative and account support across key commercial functions
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery
The Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Proficient in excel and open to learning new systems (experience with SAP or retailer portals is an advantage, but not essential)
- A clear communicator – both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in an office environment and confident working across teams
