Help Drive Production Excellence at Sofina Foods. We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Schedule

  • Full time permanent opportunity with overtime available.
  • Hours of work: Thursday to Saturday 06:30-18:30.
  • Pay £12.71 per hour.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
  • Adjust machine settings for different products.
  • Report faults in products or machinery to team leader.
  • Process meat products.
  • Pack and label goods.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
  • Adhere to health and safety rules.
