Help Drive Production Excellence at Sofina Foods. We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our busy and growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production line—working efficiently to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop your skills and build a long‑term career with one of the leading names in the food industry. This is a full‑time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Monday - Wednesday 06:30 - 18:30.
Pay: £12.71 an hour
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).
- Adjust machine settings for different products.
- Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
- Processing meat products.
- Packing and labeling goods.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
- Adhere to Health & Safety rules.
