The Role

This a a fixed term contract until 19 December 2025 however there may be an opportunity for this to be extended or for it to lead to a permanent opportunity.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily targets
- Handle, prepare, and pack premium seafood products with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety throughout all tasks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Follow standard operating procedures and report any issues promptly
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Experienced in food manufacturing (preferred but not essential – full training provided!)
