As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll deliver excellent customer engagement, maintain high standards of hygiene, and support your colleagues in a busy retail environment. You'll work in a sales-driven way to hit targets while supporting the store manager and supervisor in the day-to-day running of the store.

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers, offering advice, recommendations and product knowledge
  • Prepare counter and pre-pack areas to the highest hygiene standards
  • Prepare different cuts of meat
  • Carry out stock rotation, price reductions and product sampling
  • Receive deliveries and complete the required paperwork
  • Distribute special offer materials and carry out general cleaning
  • Support internal training and the management team

  • Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures relevant to the role
  • Able to motivate and support colleagues on a daily basis
