Coordinate livestock transport, herd data, and compliance activities to support efficient agricultural operations. This is a varied role combining logistics, administration, and data management, helping to improve processes and overall farm performance.
This is a fixed term role within our agricultural operations team, offering the opportunity to support the coordination of livestock transport, herd data, and compliance processes across multiple sites. Working closely with farm teams, hauliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure smooth day to day operations and accurate reporting. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will gain exposure to a wide range of logistical and administrative activities, playing a key part in maintaining high standards, improving processes, and supporting the efficient performance of the wider farming operation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Raise transport licences for all livestock movements
- Coordinate weekly transport schedules with hauliers
- Process purchase orders and invoice receipts
- Support farm assurance audits and compliance activities
- Manage AI and medication orders for breeding herds
- Record sow culls, deaths, and herd data updates
- Maintain accurate data within Agrosoft systems
- Produce weekly consolidated herd reports
- Process certification applications and registrations
- Support administrative processes across the agriculture team
