The Order & Export Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of customer orders across domestic and international markets. Working at the heart of the operation, you’ll coordinate with customers, account managers, logistics partners, and internal teams to keep everything running like clockwork.
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of orders from start to finish, ensuring export documentation is compliant, issues are resolved quickly, and service levels remain high. Also known as an Order Coordinator, Export Coordinator, or Customer Operations Administrator, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Collaborate with customers, account managers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant standards.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate where needed to maintain service levels.
- Support daily team check-ins and ensure clear handovers between teams.
- Handle escalations professionally and contribute to effective problem resolution.
- Identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
- Support training activities, including maintaining materials and delivering guidance where needed.
- Assist the O2C Team Lead in prioritising workloads and supporting team operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
