We are looking for an exceptional person to support the achievement of the team and wider business goals. The role will be responsible for coordinating the site's strategic initiatives including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, inductions, training and development.

Define, improve and deliver all People related activity to meet current and future business needs. To oversee all people related aspects of food production processes ensuring best in class delivery of the right people with the right skills in the right roles. Provide support and challenge to the other members of the management team. Assist with change management process as appropriate across all departments that drives organisational capability and culture. Deliver a professional and effective HR service to all factory areas. Ensure right person recruited with right skills at right time.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent/CIPD qualified (Desirable)
  • Worked in FMCG industry at same/similar level (Desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Employee Relations and current Employment Law (Desirable)
  • Change management: restructuring & reorganisation (Essential)
  • Performance management and development planning (Essential)
