Join Sofina’s Learning & Development team to deliver impactful training, champion continuous improvement, and support colleague growth from day one.

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Agent to champion continuous learning within our team. The role includes delivering induction, refresher, and SOP training, maintaining and updating SOPs, managing training plans and matrices, and supporting the L&D Lead to ensure continuity of all training activities. This full‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with flexibility to meet other factory shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate training including SOPs, inductions, refreshers, and non‑SOP courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety Essentials.
  • Maintain accurate training records and matrices, ensuring compliance and audit readiness across supported departments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, update, and standardise SOPs in line with operational needs.
  • Support workforce development planning, identifying training gaps and ensuring timely updates to training plans.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sofina’s values and creating a welcoming environment for new and existing colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hands‑on and approachable, with a strong presence on the factory floor to support training delivery.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, capable of managing training plans, records, and SOP documentation with accuracy and consistency.
  • Confident communicator, able to deliver engaging training sessions and clearly explain technical and compliance content.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments including HR, Technical, Operations, Engineering and H&S.
  • Proactive and adaptable, ready to step in for the L&D Lead when needed and respond to evolving training needs.
