The Role
To run the CCP (critical control point) of cooking and cooling meat products in accordance with the product specification and Company Standards and procedures regarding Safety, Hygiene, Quality, Quantity and Cost.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Working in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a High Risk area for 2+ years.
- Ability to work in a busy factory environment as part of a high functioning team.
- Understanding and knowledge of line equipment and throughput requirements.
- Attention to detail and due diligence in completing paperwork required.
- Willing to learn from experiences, to work in a productive and professional way with other departments and staff.
- Natural self-starter, able to engage and motivate others.
The Ideal Candidate
- On the job and external training will be given to all candidates.
- General knowledge of cooking processes.
- General machine knowledge, preferably within a FMCG environment.
- Extremely detail focused.
- Ability to work in dynamic teams.
