Sofina Foods in Grimsby is seeking a Site Services Supervisor to back the Site Services Manager across Despatch, Cold Store, Dry Store and related site services. You will help ensure safe, accurate and timely product flow while driving continuous improvement across the site.

You will work with Operations, Supply Chain and support functions to maintain high stock accuracy, optimise labour and performance, and deliver site objectives through leadership and data-driven decisions.
