Sofina Foods is hiring Production Operatives for its Humberstone Road factory in Grimsby. You will join a shift team on a 2x8 rotation (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with pay of £13.13 per hour. This full-time role focuses on safe, hygienic handling of frozen fish and ingredients and ensuring efficient line operation.
Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and prior food manufacturing experience is advantageous.
