We are recruiting Hygiene Operatives to support our 68 hour cleaning schedule. The Hygiene Operatives will carry out assigned duties, closely following the methodology as trained to safely achieve the appropriate hygiene standard within the production area. Hours of work are on a night shift — 22:00-06:00, Monday to Friday. £14.58 per hour.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Champion and promote "clean as you go" practices and maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in your assigned area.
- Ensure that machinery hygiene checks are performed in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain high hygiene standards in the area and actively participate in hygiene and food safety audits.
- Ensure company‑issued uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) are clean, well‑maintained, and worn at all times during work.
- Complete assigned tasks as outlined on the task allocation sheet to the agreed‑upon standards.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner as needed.
