A Key Role at the Heart of Our Manufacturing Excellence.
The Role
Proactively support the Technical Services function providing and communication of Export data to facilitate the export of finished products from the site to the final customer.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for local authorities, veterinary services and export customers.
- Coordinate export documentation for Export Health Certificates (EHCs), customer exports and veterinary audits.
- Apply for Export Health Certificates using the APHA online system.
- Upload data to government systems to produce catch certificates, processing statements and storage statements.
- Support traceability exercises, including EHC data, catch certificates and harvest dates.
- Provide holiday and emergency cover across the Cluster Technical Administration team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a Technical or Export Administration role within chilled food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Export Health Certificates and export documentation processes.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent).
- Strong communication, organisation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience supporting audits, traceability and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Able to prioritise workload across multiple tasks and sites.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
