Overseeing production line operations, whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance within Fraserburgh's seafood operation.

Reporting to the Process Leader, you will support the management of the production line and assume responsibility for line operations in their absence. You will ensure the safe, efficient production of high quality products that meet customer specifications, food safety, and quality standards while supporting the delivery of production plans and achieving manufacturing, quality and performance targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out and document safety and quality checks to meet legal and customer requirements.
  • Drive a strong food safety and quality culture.
  • Plan and prioritise daily production activities.
  • Promote a safe and hygienic working environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years experience of food production, with an eye for detail in a fast paced food production operation.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene.
  • HACCP.
