The Role

Sofina Foods is looking for an experienced and motivated Butchery Supervisor to play a pivotal role in managing daily butchery operations while inspiring and guiding a talented team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled butcher ready to advance into a leadership role, focusing on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of meat preparation, inventory management, customer interactions, and team development—ensuring our butchery consistently meets the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of meat cuts to meet both company and customer standards
  • Set up and maintain the butchery counter with precision and attention to quality
  • Serve and advise customers with professionalism and a helpful approach
  • Manage stock rotation, deliveries, and related documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
