The Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives / General Operatives to join our Butchery team at our pork production factory in Cookstown. This is a hands‑on position where attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and hygiene are essential. We are also currently looking for trainee butchers to join our team.
Part‑time Shift Patterns
- 05:45 – 14:45
- 06:00 – 15:30
- 06:30 – 16:00
- 07:00 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £12.84 – £13.79 per hour
Your Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, trimming, processing and preparing pork products.
- Packing and stacking finished goods.
- Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of our production lines.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a production environment (full training provided).
- Strong awareness of health & safety standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High levels of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
