This role supports the Senior Director, Planning & IT, with various business activities including performance tracking, action list management, meeting facilitation, and business report development.
- Attend meetings with the Senior Director, Planning & IT to record actions and ensure follow-ups are issued and tracked accurately and promptly.
- Support the execution of high-impact planning projects or initiatives.
- Track performance management by recording actions, decisions, timelines, owners, and responsibilities.
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings to add value and facilitate decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate weekly supply chain and continuous improvement (CI) packs according to the schedule.
- Implement and monitor KPI performance metrics to ensure the planning function adds value to the business.
Play a pivotal role supporting our Senior Director of Planning & IT by driving key business initiatives, tracking performance, and shaping high-impact decisions across the organization.
