An exciting opportunity to build a varied and rewarding administrative role within a progressive agricultural business.

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Breeding Herd's. You will work closely with the Director of Breeding Operations, providing essential administrative support across multiple business functions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across operations, health & safety, and accounting
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing and data entry
  • Support compliance with health & safety procedures
  • Coordinate internal communications and operational tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong IT skills (essential)
  • Previous administrative experience (preferred)
  • Agricultural experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • High attention to detail
