We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Breeding Herd's. You will work closely with the Director of Breeding Operations, providing essential administrative support across multiple business functions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across operations, health & safety, and accounting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with invoicing and data entry
- Support compliance with health & safety procedures
- Coordinate internal communications and operational tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong IT skills (essential)
- Previous administrative experience (preferred)
- Agricultural experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- High attention to detail
