  • Working closely with suppliers to track deliveries and quantities (no price or contract negotiations involved)
  • Communicating daily with teams across Planning, Logistics, Operations, Product, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales, and Environmental departments
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and carrying out weekly and monthly stock checks
  • Managing stock levels and helping resolve issues such as non-conformities or obsolete materials
  • Supporting compliance with Group policies and procedures
  • Promoting a strong safety-first culture across all activities
  • Living and breathing Sofidel’s Corporate Principles and Values

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent communication skills (this role is all about coordination and collaboration!)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a procurement and supply chain environment
