PURPOSE To guarantee raw materials and parent reels unloading, storage and handling in compliance with work instructions and safety guideline.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Unload incoming goods from the vehicles recording all necessary paperwork
Carry out visual inspection of all incoming loads to ensure that the load matches the paperwork
Run quality check of all incoming goods
Transport goods using proper equipment and efficiently stack and store them in the correct storage bay
Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed
Operate FLT / Clamp trucks safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectation
Transport required reels and raw materials from warehouse to production workstation
Identify and report any product damage or quality deficiencies
Perform daily equipment checks and report any faults .
Maintain the equipment guaranteeing the daily functioning in line with the work instructions
Carry out periodic stocktaking activities
Guarantee the warehouse space optimization
Transport parent reels from paper mill production area to warehouse if required
Work closely and in cooperation with the rest of the Day Services and Shift teams
Carry out any other reasonable request and support the colleagues in case of need
To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift
To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to
