PURPOSE To executes the general ledger activities on the system in order to guarantee that company accounting information and practices are accurately reflected. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Executes the ongoing accounting transactions in fixed assets and general ledger accounting including closing bookings; Manages and reconciles the general and subledger accounts; Prepares the monthly payment proposal Prepare and posts journal entries into Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Contributes on respecting the timely preparation and reporting of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to local and reporting GAAP as well as internal procedures Performs the necessary activities to support the preparation of reports to authorities/offices, such summary report, Intrastat, other statistics reports; Prepares the intercompany reconciliation reports; Support the Line Manager in the drafting of the transfer pricing documentation; Assists the line manager in the preparation of the required documentation such as Notes and Management Report for the periodical Financial Statements Contributes in answering to accounting and financial questions by researching, analysing, and interpreting data; Provides audit assistance if requested; Carries on training sessions for the tasks assigned if requested Archives the accounting documentation.
