Join Sofico as a Project Manager to lead a team in delivering complex software implementations for enterprise clients. You will work with coordinated delivery teams and focus on ensuring successful deployment and management of large-scale software solutions. This role provides the opportunity to engage closely with clients and make a significant impact on their asset finance, leasing, and fleet mobility management processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-10 members to deliver software implementations.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish and achieve project objectives while balancing quality, scope, time, and cost.
- Perform risk assessments and adapt plans according to stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee all phases of the software implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live.
- Maintain effective communication and reporting streams internally and externally.
- Travel as required during key project stages and occasionally to the HQ in Belgium.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in project management and methodologies (Agile, Scrum), specifically in software implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software implementation phases, including requirement analysis, configuration, migration, and testing.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical mind, and strong commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, and maintain project member engagement.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Experience with large-scale ERP deployments and familiarity with the financial sector; leasing experience is a plus.
