We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Motivate and lead the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all shifts.
Manage table turnovers, ensuring efficient use of space while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with chefs to manage service flow and address any kitchen or service challenges.
Process Oversight:
Handle all processes during shifts, including deliveries, takeaway orders, and floor management.
Ensure all systems, including POS and ordering platforms, are running smoothly and are correctly used.
Stock Management:
Oversee stock control and ordering for front-of-house supplies.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records to minimise waste and control costs.
Cleanliness and Standards:
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Experience:
Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Financial Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving turnover targets.
Work closely with management to implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
