Love people? Brilliant at customer service? Want to make a real difference to the people of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and beyond?
At SOFEA, our Community Larders are more than places to access affordable food - they are welcoming local hubs where people connect, access support, and build brighter futures. Designed as a ‘hand up, not a handout,’ our Larders reduce food waste, save people money, and create opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.
We need a hands‑on, people‑focused coordinator to support our Community Larder network during a period of maternity cover. You will be the face of SOFEA across our larder locations keeping our vital food and employability services running smoothly.

- People First: A genuine love for helping people and strengthening communities. You’ll be proactive, approachable, organised and adaptable.
- Customer Service: A resourceful mindset that is passionate about delivering great service and confident in resolving issues (in person and by phone).
