Role Overview
This role is central to ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly. From raising shipments and liaising with our 3PL to organise the inbound schedule, to managing supplier communications and keeping our stock flow on track, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our products are delivered on time and in full. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring customer orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple systems. This role requires strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process shipments, packing lists, and invoices for Accounts.
- Check customs documentation is correct.
- Send ASN’s (Advance Shipping Notices) to warehouses.
- Update schedules with booking changes and manage new booking requests.
- Process GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and resolve supplier discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of orders across various statuses.
- Work with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time.
- Upload orders to systems and update date changes as required.
- Oversee pulling forward/pushing back of stock with suppliers.
- Prepare capacity forecasts for storage sites.
- Manage stock allocations and customer orders.
- Check and reconcile outstanding balances within Airtable.
- Checking and approving weekly storage invoices for accounts.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or merchandising roles.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
