Sofa Host (Sales Executive)
Location: Hertford Showroom (SG13 7GX)
5 Days per Week (Including Saturdays and Sundays)

Basic Salary = £30,000 + Commission + Quarterly Bonus OTE £60-80k

Purpose of Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic salesperson to help our customers’ sofa dreams come true in our Hertford showroom. As a Sofa Host, you’ll connect with our customers, guide them through our stylish products, and help them find the perfect sofa for their space. Your mission will be to provide an unforgettable showroom experience that reflects our brand’s dedication to innovation, quality, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, offering a warm and knowledgeable welcome.
  • Showcase our products with confidence, style, and enthusiasm.
  • Utilise sales techniques to help customers find sofas that meet their design preferences and lifestyle needs.
  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing showroom.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Sofa Club’s values in every interaction.
  • Provide outstanding service, guiding customers from initial interest through to purchase.

Expectations:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within retail or interiors.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and a passion for customer service.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident and approachable, with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work weekends, as this role requires Saturday and Sunday shifts.
