We are seeking an experienced Workplace Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) services across our London sites. Reporting to the Country Lead UK, you will be the primary on-site representative, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site services in line with contractual agreements and service level standards
- Lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction
- Maintain cost control and profitability, ensuring compliance with financial and operational procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, service enhancements, and growth
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, leading all audits and compliance processes
- Support wider strategic initiatives including new service mobilisation and global projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in operational and facilities management within a similar environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of systems like SAP, Maximo, or similar
Desirable
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification
- Experience balancing the needs of both clients and on-site teams
