40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – £15.38 per hour. Free onsite parking. We are recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to join the Sodexo team, based at UA92, Trafford, Manchester. The successful candidate will be a key client‑facing member of the onsite team, responsible for the day‑to‑day operational delivery of Facilities Management services. You will play an important role in creating a positive workplace experience, providing a consistently professional, welcoming service while adhering to Sodexo policies, standards, and values, and actively promoting the Sodexo brand and company image at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring a pleasant, clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and clients, demonstrating ownership of issues and delivering timely, effective solutions.
- Enforce site rules, standards, and compliance, including Housekeeping, Security, and Health & Safety across all floors.
- Manage and coordinate services, including the Housekeeping team, mobile technical teams, local contractors, and liaise with the landlord for wider building maintenance.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events end to end, including hospitality, lobby host services, and on‑site event support.
What you bring:
- Strong customer focus with proven customer service skills, able to anticipate individual needs while consistently meeting service levels.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, strong prioritisation, planning skills, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Flexible, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously or under pressure in a corporate environment, with sound judgment on when to escalate.
- Confident in delivering FM services efficiently, with a service‑oriented and innovative approach, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong team player who actively supports a “one team” culture, taking initiative to cover and assist colleagues when required, supported by solid PC skills including MS Office.
