In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in supporting site operations, coordinating essential tasks, and helping create an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace for both colleagues and clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues across the site.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism by keeping work areas clean, following hygiene, uniform, PPE, and security requirements at all times.
  • Support smooth site operations through effective communication, attending team meetings, answering customer queries, and assisting with ordering consumables.
  • Take ownership of personal development by attending training, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously build skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a safe and efficient workplace by caring for equipment and resources, reporting incidents or faults promptly, and supporting management with additional site tasks when required.

What you bring:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality service.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging professionally with individuals and teams at all levels, including providing an excellent telephone service.
  • Previous experience working within a military environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer-facing role is desirable.
