Job Introduction

What You’ll Do
- Assist with the production, setup and serving of hot and cold meals.
- Follow recipes and product instructions to ensure meal quality.
- Transport food service trolleys for patient meal service, making sure temperature checks are carried out prior to serving.
- Ensure dietary requirements are adhered to.
- Clean and sanitise workstations and equipment.
- Ensure stock control and rotation procedures are maintained.
- Break down and tidy up food service areas after meal periods.
- Monitor and report wastage levels of patients meals.
