We are seeking a passionate and accomplished Venue Services Director to lead the hospitality front line, ensuring every match day, concert, and event is powered by outstanding food, service, and atmosphere.
This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee all stadia catering and hospitality operations at one of the UK’s most iconic venues, from managing busy public concourses to curating high-end hospitality in premium suites. Your leadership will be vital in delivering memorable experiences and driving commercial success.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead with vision, championing Sodexo Live!’s premium catering and hospitality at Hampden Park.
- Inspire and manage high-performing teams across retail catering, corporate hospitality, and event services, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation.
- Drive operational excellence through cost control, efficient staffing, and commercial thinking across all food, beverage, and service operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and collaboration.
- Take full responsibility for health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance, ensuring guest safety and experience.
- Lead with resilience, adaptability, and passion for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership experience in stadia or large-scale hospitality environments, with a deep understanding of public catering and high-end hospitality.
- Experience managing P&L accounts, interpreting commercial data, and leveraging insights for growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging clients, partners, and teams.
- Ability to motivate large, diverse teams across multiple service lines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and Scottish alcohol licensing.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of thriving under pressure.
- Experience in conferences, events, or stadium catering is highly desirable.
