What you'll do: Deliver high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services across the site, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and presented to the highest standards.

Take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene levels, consistently meeting service level agreements and contractual requirements.

Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues, providing a professional and friendly service at all times.

Support operational excellence by caring for company equipment, reporting faults promptly, and adhering to all health and safety procedures and best practices.

Continuously develop your skills through training, team briefings, performance reviews, and development opportunities, contributing to a positive and successful team environment.

What you bring: Previous experience in a cleaning role or a similar environment, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with people at all levels.

Physically capable of carrying out the demands of the role, including manual handling activities and the safe use of cleaning equipment and materials.

Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.

Previous experience working within a military, defence, or secure-site environment would be advantageous.
