London, WC2H 9FA - Full time

Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building systems, including HVAC, BMS, pressure systems, and steam loops.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, calibrations, and compliance checks.
  • Support integration of new systems into business-as-usual and maintain up-to-date SOPs.
  • Mentor apprentices and share technical knowledge across the team.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis, Condition Based Monitoring, and LEAN practices.
  • Use IT systems such as CAFM, Maximo, and compliance databases to track and report performance.
  • Act as a professional representative of Sodexo, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.

What we\'re looking for

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering and electrical practices, with proven experience in building services maintenance.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with experience in risk management and compliance.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a multi-functional team in a regulated, business-critical environment.
  • Flexible, resilient, and motivated to drive continuous improvement.
  • Desirable: HNC in Engineering, or professional accreditation in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical disciplines.
