Technical Services Manager Shell Centre, York Road London, SE1 7NA Days/Shift Pattern: working 5 out of 7 days Salary: Highly Competive plus 10% bonus and £1,300 flexible benefit funds Site Perk: Free onsite gym access Job Introduction Sodexo is looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of technical services across a complex, high-profile corporate environment at Shell Centre, London . This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine engineering expertise, client relationship management and strategic thinking . You will be part of Sodexo’s onsite team, working closely with client stakeholders, project teams, supply chain partners and internal technical specialists to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective and forward-thinking technical service delivery. We are looking for someone who can influence at senior level, shape technical strategy, drive continuous improvement and lead the evolution of engineering services in a demanding, complex environment. As a Technical Services Manager you'll Lead the delivery of hard services, engineering maintenance and technical compliance across the site Manage and develop the onsite technical team, including capability, competence and performance Provide technical leadership across planned, reactive and project-related activity Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships Work closely with project managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure work is delivered safely and with minimal business disruption Drive statutory compliance, audit readiness and adherence to technical policies, processes and procedures Develop and improve maintenance strategies using data, asset information and engineering insight Support asset management, lifecycle planning, reliability improvements and capital planning discussions Lead continuous improvement, standardisation and optimisation across technical services Support innovation and the use of digital tools, analytics and emerging technologies to improve engineering decision-making You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and able to balance operational delivery with strategic planning.
