40 hours per weekMonday to Friday£40,000 per annumAs a Technical Facilities Coordinator based in London, you will play a key role in delivering a professional Technical Services function, ensuring all services and equipment are effectively maintained and operating to the required standards. Acting as the ‘face of Sodexo’ for any client issues or breakdowns, you will provide professional and courteous communication while demonstrating a full understanding of client requirements and expectationsWhat you\’ll do:Compliance & Quality– Ensure all activities comply with MARS Quality System, Sodexo IMS, SOPs, statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.Maintenance & Operations– Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services, equipment, and infrastructure (including BMS/CMMS), carrying out basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and fabric tasks to ensure reliable operation.Health, Safety & Environment– Follow all HSE procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems; maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely and in good condition.Monitoring & Reporting– Diagnose faults, identify lifecycle issues, raise defects, and update CMMS with all findings; keep line manager informed of progress and escalate issues promptly.Contract & Performance Delivery– Ensure PPMs and reactive tasks are completed within SLA targets, coordinate with the Digital Intelligence Hub for scheduling, and manage subcontractors to ensure service levels are met.Training & Support– Maintain personal competence through training, support the General Services Manager with compliance and operational matters, and provide cover for the Facilities Coordinator when required.What you\’ll bring:Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services, with a regulated working background.Technical qualification in electrical or mechanical discipline (City & Guilds Parts 1, 2, 3 or equivalent desirable).Strong leadership background with at least 5 years’ experience managing or leading teams.Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Numerate and computer literate, with confidence using digital systems.Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations (18th Edition IEE Regs desirable).What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than
