6 month fixed-term contract

£14.00 per hour

37.5 Hours / Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday 8:00 am to 1:30 pm

What you'll do:

  • Order supplies in line with Sodexo policy using approved suppliers.
  • Maintain clean, safe kitchen and service areas, reporting issues promptly.
  • Complete all Sodexo compliance paperwork, checks, and records accurately.
  • Achieve successful results in all internal and external audits.
  • Manage monthly billing and close accounts on time.
  • Lead, train, and support staff to deliver excellent service standards.
  • Complete weekly rotas on time and manage labour within budget.
  • Remain professional, adaptable, and detail-focused while maintaining strong communication and safeguarding standards.

What you bring:

  • General Secondary Education or equivalent (English and Maths essential)
  • Well-developed English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Food Hygiene Certificate level 3 - preferable
  • It would be a plus if you had 3 years experience within high volume catering.
