Nous recherchons un Chef gérant cuisinant passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe sur un site stratégique de restauration collective situé à AVON (77), où nous réalisons 500 couverts par jour. Ce site, qui joue un rôle clé dans notre partenariat avec un grand compte, offre des enjeux commerciaux importants et représente une véritable vitrine pour notre offre culinaire.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'exploitation, vous serez garant du respect de l'offre de restauration du site.

Vos Missions

  • RĂ©aliser une cuisine savoureuse et raffinĂ©e en garantissant la satisfaction de vos 1100 convives, grâce Ă  des produits frais, locaux et de qualitĂ© supĂ©rieure.
  • Encadrer et animer votre Ă©quipe en veillant Ă  la bonne organisation et au respect des normes de qualitĂ© tout en supervisant la gestion des commandes et des stocks.
  • GĂ©rer un poste chaud pendant le service, en assurant la prĂ©paration des plats et en veillant Ă  leur prĂ©sentation soignĂ©e et esthĂ©tique.

Notre proposition

Un poste basé à Avon (77) avec une prise de poste immédiate. Vous bénéficierez d'amplitudes horaires du lundi au vendredi, de 7h à 15h. Profil recherché

  • ExpĂ©rience significative : Vous justifiez d'une expĂ©rience rĂ©ussie d'au moins 3 Ă  5 ans dans un poste similaire, idĂ©alement dans la restauration collective ou un environnement de production Ă  fort enjeu.
  • Leadership et gestion d’équipe : Vous avez un excellent sens du management, capable de motiver et fĂ©dĂ©rer une Ă©quipe autour des objectifs communs.
  • Rigueur et organisation : Vous ĂŞtes rigoureux(se) dans le respect des process et des normes, et vous avez un sens aigu de l'organisation pour gĂ©rer efficacement les ressources humaines et matĂ©rielles.
  • CompĂ©tences en gestion et outils informatiques : Vous maĂ®trisez les outils de gestion de production, de stocks et de coĂ»ts, et avez une bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques associĂ©s Ă  la gestion de la restauration.
  • Passion pour la qualitĂ© culinaire : Vous ĂŞtes attachĂ©(e) Ă  la qualitĂ© des produits, Ă  la crĂ©ativitĂ© des plats et Ă  l'expĂ©rience client. Vous ĂŞtes Ă©galement sensible aux enjeux nutritionnels.
