About the Role

Do you want to make a real difference to people’s lives while building a career in social impact?

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Stop Hunger Manager to help deliver and grow the work of the Stop Hunger Foundation across the UK & Ireland.

Working closely with the Head of Stop Hunger, you’ll take ownership of key programmes across volunteering, fundraising, grant-making and charity partnerships, helping turn our social impact strategy into practical action.

This is a broad and varied role where you’ll work with colleagues, clients, suppliers and charity partners to deliver meaningful initiatives tackling food insecurity and its root causes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of key Stop Hunger programmes and activities across the UK & Ireland.
  • Manage charity partnerships and grant-making activity, from applications and assessment through to monitoring and impact reporting.
  • Coordinate volunteering and fundraising campaigns, working with colleagues across the business to grow participation and engagement.
  • Support and grow our network of Charity Champions, helping them to lead activity within their areas of the business.
  • Build strong relationships with charities, community organisations, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate programme data and produce clear reporting on fundraising, volunteering, grants and impact.
  • Capture and share impact stories and case studies that demonstrate the difference our partnerships and programmes are making.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the Foundation’s impact through collaboration across the business.
  • Support the Head of Stop Hunger with governance, compliance, audit and Foundation reporting.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience within a charity, fundraising, corporate social impact, community engagement or related role.
  • Experience coordinating programmes or projects from planning through to delivery and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from charity partners and volunteers to senior colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with data, tracking progress and producing clear reports.
  • A proactive and practical approach, with the confidence to take ownership and get things done.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with funding, reporting and governance processes.
  • A genuine commitment to creating positive social impact.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland when required.

It would be great if you also have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Grant-making or grant management.
  • Employee volunteering or fundraising.
  • Charity or community partnerships.
  • Corporate foundations or corporate social impact programmes.
  • Charity governance or compliance.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to build broad experience across social impact while having genuine ownership and responsibility from day one.

You’ll work across grant-making, volunteering, fundraising and partnerships, with exposure to senior leaders, charity partners, clients and organisations across the UK & Ireland.
