We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Subway Franchise standards at all times, delivering a high standard of Health and Safety in line with Safeguard and company requirements, and effectively controlling labour to ensure every team member is deployed appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, takes pride in high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Subway brand standards on every shift, ensuring excellent customer experience, food safety, and health & safety compliance.
  • Lead, train, and coach the team to perform effectively, meet GREAT training requirements, and achieve Subway Franchise standards.
  • Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the store, including opening/closing, service delivery, and team communication.
  • Manage labour effectively to meet LTS% targets, ensuring the right people are deployed at the right times.
  • Control stock, ordering, cash handling, and security to maintain full availability and accurate handovers.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial performance, driving actions to achieve or exceed sales, GP, labour targets, and PASS evaluations.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, conduct one-to-ones, performance management, and organise team meetings.
  • Achieve compliance targets, including PASS store evaluations, 90%+ business health checks, and Green Safeguard audits.
