What You’ll Do:
- This role will cover both Subway and Costa outlets
- Prepare and present retail/food produce for daily service in line with specifications and Sodexo standards
- Maintain food safety, allergen awareness, stock rotation, and hygiene standards to ensure guest and staff safety
- Deliver excellent customer service, including upselling and supporting positive feedback and survey results
- Operate and declare the till daily, accurately capturing all revenue
- Support promotional activity by maintaining adequate stock levels and minimising waste or spoilage
- Participate in training, appraisals, and competency checks, and carry out additional duties to support smooth retail operations
What you bring:
- Previous experience in food preparation and service within a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification (preferred) with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and colleagues at all levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise effectively under pressure
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude to learning and personal development
- Team player who works well collaboratively while maintaining high standards
