Job Introduction
We are looking for a Domestic Cleaner to join our Sodexo team at Haywood Hospital. In this vital role, you will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your work will directly support health and wellbeing throughout the hospital.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, wards, communal spaces, restrooms, and other hospital areas
- Strip and clean beds, collect used linen for processing
- Clean surfaces, including desks, ceilings, vents, blinds, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment
- Perform daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, floor polishing, and replenishing supplies
- Empty waste bins and manage refuse in line with hospital protocols
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all patients, staff, and visitors
